CONCORD - Governor John Lynch today signed a law granting New Hampshire National Guardsmen and Reservists eligibility for the State Veterans Home.
The Governor signed the new law at Harbor Homes in Nashua, surrounded by veterans and local and state officials. Harbor Homes provides services to veterans, including shelter for homeless veterans.
The new law, House Bill 1625, was sponsored by Reps. Pat Garrity, Dan Sullivan, Al Baldasaro, Frank Emiro and Jeff Goley; and Sen. John Gallus.
