Baldasaro didn't break any laws at the polls

LONDONDERRY — While some objected to "electioneering" by Rep. Al Baldasaro, R-Londonderry, at the polls March 8, he was within legal boundaries.

Baldasaro made copies of the town and school district's ballot on 5-by-11-inch card stock. He then filled in his choices for Town Council, Budget Committee, Trustee of Leach Library, Trustee of the Trust Funds and School Board. He also checked off "yes" on the article as proposed by the Charter Commission, of which he was a member, that would decide if the town went to ballot-style voting beginning next year, ending the traditional Town Meeting.
