Majority Leader Silva Challenges Democrat Candidates For Governor

CONCORD –House Majority Leader Pete Silva (R-Nashua) today offered the following comments on tonight’s Democrat Gubernatorial debate.

House Majority Leader Pete Silva

“In the spirit of tonight’s debate I would like to issue a challenge to all three Democrat candidates for Governor.  If any of you are able to say the name “Speaker O’Brien or Bill O’Brien” less than 10 times throughout the course of the debate I personally will send you a “Save America – Vote Republican” bumper sticker for you to proudly display on your mantle. That’s not all though. If any one of you can possibly make it through the whole debate without saying “Speaker O’Brien or Bill O’Brien” at all, I will happily send you a glossy, signed 8 ½” by 11” picture of the Speaker himself. Of course, I understand that providing your own solutions to the challenges our state faces might be a lot to ask for, but if you could please at least say the word “jobs” once or twice it would be greatly appreciated.“
