First Female VP Candidate Ferraro Dies At 75

Whether you disagreed like I did or agreed with Geraldine's politics, you have to admit she stood up for what she believed in and I had a lot of respect for her. My condolences go out to her family and they are in my prayers.
BOSTON -- Geraldine Ferraro, who in 1984 became the first woman to run for vice president on a major U.S. party ticket, only to lose in a landslide, died Saturday. She was 75. Saturday, March 26, 2011
